Digital Rx for a seamless Guided Workflow

We have created three Rx to help you with this new and unique fully Guided Workflow. We can’t emphasis enough how important it is to fill out these prescriptions thoroughly. You will only be able to move forward through the process if the prescription fields are all filled-out correctly.

The first Rx is only to be filled-out by the Restorative Doctor while the second Rx by the Surgical Specialist.

The third Rx is intended for Doctors that have elected to perform their own surgical and restorative procedures.
