Local Surgeries $600 per arch (non refundable)
Includes:
Technical support up to 4 Hours (Our digital full arch experts will:)
Guide you and your staff through our AOX Guided Workflow.
Refine and polish PMMA.
Out of State Surgeries $1000 for the first arch (first timer), $1500 for all future cases.
For dual arch cases, the second arch is $600.
This service is only available if final restoration is requested with surgical guide.
Depending on location an additional travel surcharge of $400 may apply.
This price Includes, flights, two nights lodging, meals and up to 4 hours of technical support over 1 day.
