Patient:
Dentate or Partially Edentulous
After approval of the surgical plan, Allure Dental Studio will require ten working days in lab, excluding weekends, shipping and holidays.
You will receive a pre-organized and labeled kit with surgical reports displayed below. We highly recommend that you and your team members make yourselves acquainted with the parts, pieces and reports prior to surgery. You are always welcome to contact our experts at Allure Dental Studio if needed.
All our parts and components are quality controlled by two different experts prior to shipping.
Due to the complexity of the processes and production schedule, we are not able to accommodate rush cases.
System Components
Allure Dental Studio Guided Kit
Complete Guided Workflow which includes all our guides and components
Allure Dental Studio Guided Kit
Our kit is quality controlled by two experts prior to shipping for fit and accuracy.
Incision Guide
This guide is utilized if a vertical incision technique is used. Tissue reflection is needed to allow the UKF base frame to seat securely against the bone.
Tooth Aligner Guide
The Tooth Aligner guide is placed on the teeth. Viewing windows are designed into the guide to verify accurate fit on the teeth. This guide maintains the position of the pre- operatory occlusion.
Unilateral Key Fixation Base Frame (UKF)
This guide is the corner stone of the workflow. Two steps verification of the accurate seating against the bone ensures the remaining guides can be utilized predictably.
Bone Reduction Guide
This guide reveals the bone reduction needed to be reduced as determined in the implant plan. The UKF can sometime be used at the bone reduction guide without any additions of another guide.
Osteotomy Implant Guide
Each case has a detailed drilling sequence for each implant. The guide is pre-marked with the teeth number and Implant timing positions.
Multi-Unit/SRA Alignment Guide
The correct position of the Multi-Unit/SRA abutments is pre-marked on the guide. Straight Multi-Unit/SRA abutments do not require alignment, therefore there will be no blue line for them.
The screw always faces the timing mark to unsure correct positioning unless notified otherwise on the report .
PMMA Temporary
The latched PMMA temporary is seating on the model. Notice that the Multi-Unit/SRA abutments are not present on the model. All abutments are in each individual component box.
PMMA Temporary
Our PMMA is manufactured from a multi-layer disc, to which we add pink composite. It has high esthetics with strong flexural strength.
VOS Appliance (Verification, Occlusion, Soft tissue jig)
The VOS appliance allows you to shorten and save appointments in the restorative phase.
Surgical Report
Implant Types and Sizes
The report provides you with a drill sequence, but it is up to you to determine if you should deviate from the manufacturer proposed drill sequence based on the patient’s bone quality.
Multi-Unit/SRA abutments
Do not mix the abutments, they are chosen for each individual site.
Hardware Provided Individually for Each Site
All parts are kept in individual crown boxes identified by implant position.
Implant placement report sample
The full surgical report and material list will be included with the kit. Review it before the day of surgery.
